At DITTO, we want you to love what you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Simply ensure the tags are attached and the garment is unworn to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original DITTO packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Bring your labeled package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we will track the shipment back to our warehouse automatically.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
